Visit the I-PASS On Demand Team at the Chicago Auto Show
The Illinois Tollway’s I-PASS On Demand Team will be available February 14-16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Illinois Secretary of State’s booth during the Chicago Auto Show, offering hands-on assistance to drivers looking to save time, avoid missed tolls and confidently manage their toll payments with confidence.
“Whether you’re new to I-PASS, use Pay By Plate or need help navigating an existing account, the I-PASS On Demand Team will be there at the Chicago Auto Show to provide one-on-one support and expert guidance,” said Illinois Tollway Executive Director Cassaundra Rouse. “Our goal is to make tolling easier, more accessible and more convenient for all drivers.”
The I-PASS On Demand Team works directly with customers to help them open, manage and understand their I-PASS and Pay By Plate accounts, ensuring they have the tools they need for smooth, uninterrupted travel on the Illinois Tollway and other toll roads nationwide.
At the Chicago Auto Show, the I-PASS On Demand Team will assist both new and existing customers with:
- Opening and managing I-PASS and Pay By Plate accounts
- Obtaining I-PASS Sticker Tags
- Resolving tolling issues, including unpaid tolls, Pay By Plate invoices and account questions
- Answering questions about toll payment options, account features and benefits
Drivers are encouraged to stop by the booth while attending the Chicago Auto Show to learn how I-PASS On Demand helps make traveling on Illinois toll roads faster, easier and more reliable.
