They will be onsite providing customer service to new and existing customers.
Team members will be available beginning at 10 a.m. every day to assist drivers with opening and managing I-PASS or I-PASS Assist accounts, obtaining I-PASS Sticker Tags and resolving tolling issues.
 
Keep Your Kids Safe
Pick up a Kids Safety ID Card, provided by our Tollway Safety and Security Team
The cards given to parents will include their child’s photo, hair and eye color, and fingerprints to help law enforcement more quickly locate a lost or missing child. The cards will be issued on weekdays  from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Climb aboard a Tollway Snowplow and Roadway Highway Emergency Lane Patrol (H.E.L.P.) truck
Youngsters can vote on a name for our new kid-sized, H.E.L.P. truck. A $20 I-PASS gift card will be awarded by random drawing to one child who voted for the winning name, which will be announced on Monday, February 17. Children can check out our trucks or cast a vote for their favorite name every day beginning at 10 a.m.
