HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Bring your I-PASS Account Number or Invoice Number
- Make a Payment – Follow instructions from the payment center agent
- Get a Receipt – Keep your receipt as proof of payment
- Verify Account Balance – Funds will be applied to your account the same day. Customers can verify by logging in at www.illinoistollway.com or using the Official Illinois Tollway App.

Cash payment locations cannot accept payments for unpaid tolls. Customers can pay unpaid tolls at any Illinois Tollway Customer Service Center or go online to sign up for Pay By Plate services up to 14 days after your travel dates at www.illinoistollway.com.

Partial payments are accepted at all in-person payment locations. However, If the total amount of the invoice is not paid by the due date, the invoice may escalate with additional fees.
Cash payment locations cannot answer questions about your invoice or I-PASS account. Invoice and account assistance must be handled at an Illinois Tollway Customer Service Center or by calling 800-UC-IPASS/800-824-7277.
